Setup an appointment online. Called to confirm and they said my request for an appointment was denied because they don't work on Audi vehicles. I received no response, no courtesy call stating that the appointment was cancelled. Oddly enough when you select your vehicle make on their website "Audi" is listed amongst many others. 4 stars for making an effort.

Headed to work this morning but my truck wouldn't turn over. What a bad start to my day but Tim and the team @ H1 got me in same-day, slapped a new starter in and I was able to pick it up before closing. Thanks Tim for the quick turnaround and getting me back on the road!

My husband and I were in the other day. We had the catalytic converter stolen off our Prius. They were extremely fast at getting with insurance to do the repair. Once it was greenlighted all we had to pay was our deductible. Once again they were fast at getting the part and doing the work. Even painted and engraved the cat.con. with our VIN#!! (Was impressive) My husband also got the CatShield and took it in to them and they got that on as well. Drove it home and was impressed at how smooth the ride was and even better ... how quiet it was!!! We have gotten our cars serviced by them before and been impressed, but this time it was beyond and above!!! Wanna thank them all for their help, and knowledge. . But specifically highlight Lee and his willingness to help us out!!

Honest-1 speedily repaired My Prius after a stolen catalytic converter. They worked with my insurance company and all I had to pay was the deductible. Honest-1 also adeptly installed a cat shield that I provided to them, they also engraved the Prius Vin on the catalytic converter at no extra cost. I am definitely going to recommend them to others and a fantastic local shop which Will take care of your automotive needs.

Ever since I started bringing both of my trucks here they both run much better!
