I came across Honest -1 for a second opinion on my brakes. From the initial call to schedule, Tim was informative and I felt very confident that he was genuine. David did the 2nd opinion and I love the fact they send you pics of their findings. So helpful!!! Tim explained all the findings in layman’s terms so it was all communicated so well! And the courtesy Uber drives were so appreciated so that I could get home and back to work. I’ve been going somewhere else for the past 7 years but am pretty sure Honest 1 is my new go to team! You guys are great!! Thank you!

The waiting room is pleasant, the people were all just as sweet and approachable as can be, and the services were completed with care. Everything was explained very thoroughly, and the tech helped me understand the what and why well. I appreciate this company and will be using them from now on.

Tim is great! He will answer all your questions honestly and accurately. These guys won't let you down, they will get your truck/car back up and running in no time...I will most definitely be back.
