I am going on 10+ years with Honest -1 Auto Care,and through the years there is one recurring theme in my experience-They are constantly working to improve the experience of their customer. My last repair was a big one, and was completed exactly to their quote, no surprises. I appreciate their courtesy shuttle, and I especially appreciate their integrity and quality of their service.

I called Honest 1 because it popped up for auto service and I read great reviews. Last night I drove over a concrete parking block and it sounded like I damaged the under carriage of my car. My knowledge of cars does not span out more than knowing that they're are 4 tires, a steering wheel and an ignition so I value auto shops that are honest in their assessment and to know I paying for a repair that is warranted and a fair price. I spoke with Johnny when I called to set up an appointment to have my car looked at. They were able to get me in right away. After inspection, Johnny said that I didn't damage my car the night before but that the leaks most likely have been happening for quite some time. I asked him his honest assessment if I should pay to get it done and he said that it was pretty much up to me if I wanted to repair leaks that were only happening because of the age of the car. Given that my car is pretty old, I decided to go without the repair; however I will be using their service when I do need repairs in the future. They even topped of my fluids. Great customer service and I can tell that this shop is going to be my preferred store. Thank you Johnny and all!

Great experience here. I needed to change out my radiator and wanted to change the hoses as well. They were great in not up-charging me for work that didn't need to be done.The hoses were in great shape per the mechanic and didn't need replacing. I really appreciate Johnny for setting this up for me. I would recommend this place to anyone needing work done on there cars or trucks!

They were straight forward about the problem and what it would take to fix. They did the job in a reasonable time. Employees were very knowledgeable.

Amazing! Best shop I have ever been to. Actually truly honest good mechanics. They have done so much work for me for free I almost feel bad!!! They really know their stuff. They've fixed what other shops messed up or lied to be about doing. I will never go to another mechanic in the Denver area, it's not worth the risk after finding a place this good!
