Honest-1 is a very appropriate name for this auto shop! My check engine light came on, and some shops would have used it as an opportunity to take advantage of the situation and "find" something they could make money from. Not THIS shop. He turned off the light and said to watch to see if it comes on again---probably a sensor. It didn't come on again, so no money spent on something that didn't need to be fixed. THIS is my new auto shop!

As an out of towner, I was impressed with their efforts to get me on the road as soon as possible during a busy holiday week.

I brought my customized 1962 Impala to their shop looking for an alignment. I had the alignment done previously by a shop near Alkire and Bowles and felt like I was ripped off and the car still pulled severely to the right. I made an appointment, brought the car in and spoke to Lee. They threw it up on the rack and brought me out to the shop to show me things that may need attention. I just bought the car a few months earlier and praised them for letting me know. Lee personally drove me home and picked me up when the car was finished. I was taking the car up to Ft. Collins that weekend and low and behold the car DIDN'T pull to the right anymore! They were also far cheaper than the previous shop! I am very impressed with my experience there!

Great service and personal touch. Even though they gave me an estimate and I did not have the work done I was impressed with their thoroughness and honesty. I definitely will bring other cars there in the future as needed.

I had an issue with this company after an oil change I had posted in a previous post. After I had posted my concern with the way the oil had been change, the manager (Lee) gave me a call and ensured me they would do whatever it takes to right the wrong and the next day after visiting with him they repaired the error to my Eurovan Camper and I am satisfied with his concern, his followup, and the end result. It would have been nice to have had earlier personnel recognize the fault but IN THE END the company manager made good. I can honestly say, I appreciate the integrity shown once I brought the concern to the managers' attention. Honest-1, Littleton, definitely came through with flying colors giving true value to their name - Honest-1. People make a company and Lee showed true integrity addressing my concern. Thank you.
