As a single woman who knows nothing about cars, I feel I have been taken advantage of many times in the past. Not once since coming to Honest 1 have I felt that way. Johnny and Sam are wonderful about explaining things and give accurate estimates. The whole crew is wonderful! I have recommended Honest 1 to several others.

Amazing customer service!!!When the word mechanic came to mind I instantly thought about rude, impatient, people who make feel like a burden and try to rip me off. Well that is not the case at honest 1. They were all extremely friendly, courteous, and outgoing... Not to mention honest! Best mechanical experience I've had by far. Thanks guys.
