Everything was explained to me, I wasn't charged for the extra time spent diagnosing something you could not fix, and the cost in the end was reasonable.

1.I am not treated as part of the bottom line as though I am just a number in the ledger book.2.I am not treated as someone you can pull the wool over my eyes but with respect that I have some knowledge in maintaining my vehicles while taking the time to educate me the lack of knowledge I might have.3.Although the days of the Âtrue gas station/garage have gone by the wayside I look for the old days of a family/friend relationship by comparing it to Mayberry going down to visit Gomer and Goober. Going that extra mile with out worrying about the bottom line.
Little concerned about pricing. $145.00 for oil change . Same truck and oil last price at a different shop was $103.00 .
