I am SO grateful to have found Honest 1! They truly do stand by their name! Sadly for me, I've had a year of numerous car repair issues and thank goodness I found this shop ahead of time for the brunt of it! Absolute BEST experiences of my life with mechanics, they have gone above and beyond for me, have always been straight forward and honest, looking out for me for the future with my car, and I finally feel like I have mechanics I can trust no matter what the issue. I won't go anywhere else now and continue to rave about them to everyone I know! My car is there right now and I am just so grateful for them that I needed to share. They hold to their business name and every service/repair I've had has been done with care, quality work, timely service, and NEVER have I felt like they were trying to make money off of me, (quite the opposite really!) They have integrity and stellar ethics that I have not experienced with ANY other dealership or mechanic shop. I absolutely trust them and want to support their business by sharing my accolades. These guys are great. They have an awesome oil change deal and they're straight shooters.

Had a pleasant experience at Honest-1. I needed a couple tires mounted and a wheel alignment. They completed the job on time and neatly put my spare tire I had on into it's proper place in the trunk. They always do an inspection of the vehicle to check for other problems and let me know my brake pads were thin and that I'd need a transmission fluid replacement soon. They did this after I paid my bill and didn't try to upsell at all, which isn't something common in my experience. They simply added what they would charge for the service in my final printout and the prices they quoted were fair and competitive. Good people at Honest-1. I recommend them

At first, my A/C repair did not hold up... But Honest-1 stood by their work and corrected the problem free of charge and without any hassle. I appreciate the good customer service and the ultimate positive outcome.

Wont go anywhere else!

I went into Honest-1 Auto extremely anxious about my car for multiple reasons. Lee really listened to me and rode with me in my car so we could hear the noises together. I have NEVER had an auto care place do that. After I left my car with them I received text updates throughout the day on the status of my car, what needed to be done and why. I have NEVER had details sent to me to read/print out, etc. on "why" something was recommended. It was extremely helpful, educational and impressive. Lee is top notch and Honest-1 Auto Care has a new customer.

Wow this place is awsome! Lee is the reason I will be coming back. He is very professional and honest! Truly a great mechanic and very knowledgeable. Its people like Lee that keep customers returning for more work! Give that man a raise!!!

I've been going to Honest One for over 10 years. The service is outstanding! My favorite part is that they are candid about what repairs are needed right now, and what can wait until later. They stand by their work with a strong warranty. Plus, the same team has been there for years, so they recognize each customer and know their cars very well.
